A selection of poems by D J Foley from 1960 – 2015. D.J Foley was born in 1942 in a castle free from bombs. Shortly after birth he returned to London and saw in 1945 one very large bomb.
He now lives deeply embedded in the east end of London. He has received no awards, has never been Poet Laureate and is not celebrated on any sense of that word. He, therefore, feels free to write as he wishes and uses words as he chooses.
